• Topical Mix 1 to 5 drops in 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) of vegetable oil. Apply to affected area 3 times a day.
• Inhalation Add 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of steaming hot water or a diffuser. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5-10 minutes.

Bitter Orange (Citrus aurantium, var. amara or Citrus Bigaradia) is a tree native to Asia found in the Mediterranean region and in countries with a temperate climate. The rind of its fruit, Bitter Orange, produces an essence used in liqueurs and aperitifs (Grand Marnier, Curaçao, Cointreau, etc.). Bitter Orange tree blossoms are white or pink, very fragrant and larger than those of Sweet Orange. The highly fragrant blossoms of the Bitter Orange tree (called Neroli) are used to make orange blossom water and Neroli essential oil.
