Materials List
- Cocktail glasses
- Champagne flutes
- 1 shooter or measuring cup
- 1 tsp. (5ml)
- 1 Tbsp. (15ml)
- Shaker or blender
- Ice cubes
- Festive accessories to personalize your guests’ drinks (optional)
Preparation
The following recipes (except champagne which must be mixed with a spoon) should be mixed well in a shaker or blender or with a spoon.
SWEET FENNEL BLOODY CAESAR
- 1 drop of Fennel - Sweet essential oil
- 1 oz (30 ml) of tomato or vegetable juice
- ½ oz (15 ml) of lemon juice
- 1 oz (30 ml) of Vodka or Gin (optional)
- Ice cubes, to taste
COCKTAIL OF THE ISLANDS
- 1 drop of Basilic - Exotic essential oil
- 1 oz (30 ml) of pineapple juice
- 1 oz (30 ml) of cranberry juice
- 1 tsp. (5ml) of Orangina or orange juice
- 1 oz (30 ml) of Vodka or Gin (optional)
- Ice cubes, to taste
THE HAWAIIAN
- 1 drop of Ginger essential oil
- ¾ oz (22 ml) of carrot juice
- ¾ oz (22 ml) of pineapple juice
- 2 tsp. (10 ml) of strawberry juice
- 1 oz (30 ml) of Vodka or Gin (optional)
- Ice cubes, to taste
THE SWEET TOOTH
- 1 drop of Coriander - Seed essential oil
- 1 oz (30 ml) of Gin
- ½ oz (15 ml) Tonic water
- 2 tsp. (10 ml) of lemon juice
- 2 tsp. (10 ml) of sugar or honey or maple syrup
- Add sparkling water as needed
- Ice cubes, to taste
THE CANDY CANE
- 1 drop of Peppermint (Yakima Valley) essential oil
- 1 drop of Spearmint essential oil
- 1 oz (30 ml) of Rhum
- ½ tsp. (2.5ml) of sugar or honey or maple syrup
- Add sparkling water as needed
- Ice cubes, to taste
NORTH POLE STAR
- 1-2 drops of Anise - Star essential oil
- 1 oz (30 ml) of Vodka
- 1 oz (30 ml) of orange juice
- 2 tsp. (10ml) of sugar or honey or maple syrup
- Add sparkling water or sparkling wine as needed
- Ice cubes, to taste
GREEN MANDARIN CHAMPAGNE
- Fill up the flute with champagne
- Add 2 drops of Mandarin - Green essential oil
