• Topical (Adults): Mix 2 to 4 drops in 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) of vegetal oil; apply to the affected area 3 times a day.
• Inhalation Add 4 to 12 drops in a bowl of steaming hot water or a diffuser. Inhale slowly during 5-10 minutes.

Red Thyme is an aromatic plant representative of Mediterranean vegetation.
