Topical (Adults): Mix 1 to 2 drops in 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) of vegetable oil. Apply to the affected area 3 times per day.

Balsam Fir is a large tree that can grow 20 meters tall and live for 70 to 150 years. Native to North America, it is mainly found in Northern Quebec. Aboriginals used it in their traditional medicine and considered it the most vigorous and robust conifer. An ideal Christmas tree for its pleasant scent and long-lasting needles once cut, it was named the king of the forest. Balsam Fir essential oil evokes a walk in the great outdoors.
