Topical (Adults): Mix 1 to 2 drops in ½ tsp (2.5ml) of vegetable oil.

No side effects known at this time. The essential oil seems very anti fungal when applied on arch of the foot (antiviral purposes), at the same time it fights any fungi or bacteria that sit there.
