Inhalation (Adults): Add 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of steaming hot water or in a diffuser. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5-10 minutes, up to 3 times a day.

If nausea, dizziness, headache, allergic reaction occurs, discontinue use. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms worsen or persist for more than a week or are accompanied by high fever (38°C), persistent headaches, skin rash or thick yellow or green mucus production.
