Topical (Adults): Mix 1 drop in 1 tablespoon (15ml) of vegetable oil; apply to the affected area once a day.

Inhalation: Add 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of steaming hot water or a diffuser. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5-10 minutes.

May cause allergic reaction (e.g. skin rashes, irritation, dermatitis, irritation of the respiratory tract); in which case, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. If nausea, dizziness, headache or allergic reactions occur, discontinue use. Do not use on inflamed skin or if suffering from dermatitis. Avoid exposing treated area to sunlight for 24h to 48h after application. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms worsen or persist.

Bergamot is the fruit of the bergamot orange tree, not to be confused with citrus bergamia, the trade name of a lemon citrus cultivar grown in Marrakech. Our bergamot grows in the Reggio region of Calabria in Italy on a narrow stretch of the Calabrian coast running the length of the Ionian and Tyrrhenian seas where it supports local industry.
