Topical (Adults): Mix 1 drop in 1 tablespoon (15ml) of vegetable oil; apply to the affected area once a day.
Inhalation: Add 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of steaming hot water or a diffuser. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5-10 minutes.
FOR EXTERNAL AND OCCASIONAL USE ONLY. DO NOT TAKE ORALLY. DO NOT USE ESSENTIAL OILS UNDILUTED. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Our bergamot grows in the Reggio region of Calabria in Italy on a narrow stretch of the Calabrian coast running the length of the Ionian and Tyrrhenian seas where it supports local industry.
